In good and tough economic times, there are always those in need.
During the holiday season VRBA supports fundraisers to make a difference in our community.
One such event is the Festival of Trees for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation helping children benefit from research and critical care equipment.
Every year, organizations throughout Victoria, including VRBA members, decorate a tree and step up with donations.
Enjoy the true spirit of Christmas by contributing to the precious gift of health for children and their parents.
VRBA also supports the Goldstream Chum program, Habitat for Humanity, CFAX Santa’s Anonymous, Times Colonist Christmas Fund and Threshold Housing Society.
Consider these important fundraisers for donations during the holidays.
All of us face obstacles in our work lives, but there is a time to put these aside and support those with greater challenges.
Christmas is that time.
Gather up the family and visit the Festival of Trees and other charitable events.
It’s a wonderful way to enjoy the season, while helping others in need.
